Secure South West uses two external services to distribute emails and handle registrations. To promote the event, we utilise MailChimp - after each event we will add the contact details for all delegates who agreed that we could contact them in relation to the SSW events. This mailing list is only used for the purposes of promoting SSW. To handle registrations for our events, we use Eventbrite.com - this service captures registration information and is ony used for the purposes that you select (e.g. for inclusion in the event promotion mailing list). If you have given permission for your details to be passed to our sponsors, this is processed manually and checked carefully before distribution to event sponsors.
